Things that make you go :-)) take two!

I finally managed to pull off an ippon seoi nage exercise in class yesterday as uke and tori that I've literally messed up 100 times before and suddenly just got it One of those weird OMG moments

Rosi Sexton getting a fight in the UFC in Winnipeg!

She's been a fantastic ambassador for offtopic and in particular for women's offtopic and if anyone deserves a chance like this, it's Rosi!

not exactly (but you wouldn't be far off)

as Tori pulling then turning and squatting with the right timing so Uke is pulled forward enough so that when your hips come up they are going over your back into the roll, and as Uke maintaining enough stiffness (I guess) so that you are pulled and tilt over Tori in a seesaw fashion then relax into the roll. every time I did this before I ended up going off the side into a heap as uke and would fall over sometimes backwards before completing the throw while in the squat or roll with them too instead of keeping control of their arm. ideally should be able to do the throw as Tori and pull Uke back onto their feet, control maintained throughout the exercise. I haven't seen this corrected as such, how would I say, newish judoka fall into two camps when doing the standard seoi nage: going over the back, or sliding off the side. things like drop seoi nage more popular is having time a uke to avoid it or at least avoid going onto the back for the ippon.

"So, we heard you've got a bit of a contest on June 15th then...?"

Rosi Sexton's parents on hearing about her upcoming UFC fight (seen on her Twitter account)!

It made me snort my tea out of my nose!

Watching all the guys who think they're tough and are walking string beans start wearing tank tops and developing I.L.S. (imaginary lat syndrome) at the university.

Sure dude, you're 135lbs of whoop butt. I didn't know they sold those cute, striped tank tops anywhere around here. Oh? I just have to go to the kids section at Target? Cool.

I'm not telling you...

It's MINE, all MINE....

MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I discovered it recently in Sainsbury's, it's a new thing, they do it in smooth and crunchy, but I bought the smooth and it's fantastic!

Hmm ... nearest Sainsbury's is quite a long trek for me. Like the next town over. Do they deliver?

I think I ate all the stocks on the Wirral...

It's pretty high in calories. Try mixing it with quark cheese to get a protein boost too (I do this with Nutella as well), it's like have a cheesecake without the biscuit base!

I did that with the Magnums of champagne at Aldi.
Mmmmmm I haven't made a cheesecake in ages, make the meanest Key lime pie, so easy
Quark cheese?

Get it from Sainsbury's as, apparently, the Tesco version isn't very nice.

It's in the 'Be good to yourself' range because it's low fat, but it's an excellent source of protein and I use it as pudding or a going to bed snack mixed with a heaped teaspoon of nutella, lotus or a nut butter.

Saibsburys is closer to me anyway and I'm in there for coffee regularly anyway. Ill have a go and maybe try it with peanut butter
