...should they take off? It's a 2008 Suzuki Reno with some repaired hail damage on the roof and a new hood (because of the hail damage) plus some minor surface damages. It has 32K on it and the owner asks for $6,500. The KBB value for this car in a "good" condition is $7,890 and for "fair" condition $6,965. How much do you think I should pay for this car? Do you think the car worth $6,500? Generally, is it safe to buy this car (since the hood is changed and it was damaged due to hail storm?)
