I purchased my original verizon enV in june/july of 2007. It got broken once due too a problem which was not one of my own and the keys reprogrammed and didnt go what they were supposed to. It got replaced for free without insurance.
Recently, my second enV broke due to a lose charging port. I could no longer charge my phone, and they replaced it for 50 without insurance.
Ever since i got that phone, it hasnt charged properly
I had to fit the charger in, and hold it in place since day one. I didnt think much and was just grateful that verizon replaced it and would put up and shut up. But its been aprox. 2 months and now the charger wont fit in at all.
Im wondering, will verizon replace my phone again for 50?
PS. im a 15 year old girl who has after school activities after school everyday. I need this phone.
what does a multi replacement mean? :/ does it cost extra?
