Thirteen Reasons Why - Hannah Baker's character?

I read about it online last night and was instantly intrigued. I bought the book not seven hours ago and I just finished. Did anyone else find Hannah Baker's character to be quite weak and find her "pass the buck" and "blame it on you" attitude annoying? I feel as if her reasons for ending her life we're kind of well not really a big deal. I mean a few of them a tad shaky but I wouldn't have thought any of this would be enough for her to end her life. Please don't get me wrong, I don't say this having never experienced pain and suffering, cause believe me I have, and I don't consider myself to be a strong person.

Opinions?
