This confuses me, if someone like Hitler accepted Christ, then he gets to...

...be in Heaven? Why oh why would I want Hitler in Heaven?

I just read an answer claiming that someone can rape and murder people, yet if they have accepted Christ, they are given grace.
Space Ghost: You are giving me 3:16? Honestly, you WANT to see freakin' Hitler in heaven?!

That is why the only Church of Christ is the Holy Roman Catholic Church established by Jesus Christ Himself. Total conversion and reparation would have to occur before Hitler could make it into Heaven. I he did not engage in such.

Absolutely, if Hitler repented right before being shot, he would go to heaven. This is exactly what the Bible teaches and is illustrated by Jesus' promise to the thief on the cross.

And also true, people who do good for the sake of good and do not believe, will be damned to hell.

No double standards at all.

If you are totally evil, it is highly doubtful that you will truly repent, and accept YAHUSHUA, and His gift of eternal life. I seriously doubt that Hitler will be in 'heaven'.

HItler had good intentions and he wanted to kill people he thought were bad for humanity. At that time, Christians were very intolerant and racist and they did not want their kids to marry jews. Nowadays, we know the jews are not bad people, they just have different values. In fact, they have Middle Eastern values and we accept them because we learned how to become tolerant.

I'm serious. Watch it. It's from robot chicken LOL It's hilarious.

"grandma, it's so good to you. Uncle Steve, holy shit they let you in here? Turns out we were doing stuff the priests were doing themselves.
I was a serial killer that repented in jail, went to heaven.
I KILLED HUNDREDS IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD.
Guy sees Hitler standing there.
"I'm just as surprised as you are." - Hitler

Does this sound like God plays favorites?

John 3:16 (New International Version)

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

What part of "whoever" don't you understand?

God is willing to forgive even the greatest of sinners. Comparing your sins with others can easily cost you eternal life. We ALL are in need of God's forgiveness. Just saying certain words won't do it. Confess your sins to God, truly sorry from your heart and simply ask His forgiveness. He will, completely. Then turn from them proving your repentance is real. Trust that Jesus’ death on the cross took the punishment your sins deserved. All who do will receive eternal life and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to do what He commands. Why do you delay?
Read how the Bible says to be right with God, Matthew 4:17; Acts 2:38; Acts 3:19; Romans 2:4-5; Romans 3:23-24; James 2:10; Hebrews 9:27; 1 John 1:8-9; Romans 5:8; Romans 10:9-10; Romans 10:13; Ephesians 2:8-9; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:24; 1 Peter 3:18; John 3:36; 1 John 5:11-13

Honey that is the great thing about God. We can never do anything that will make him stop loving us. As long as we are sincere in asking him to forgive us our sins. Like most earthly parents they may be very disappointed in us, but they still love us.

I've been told that too by some Christians I know. Hitler, a mass murderer, can get into heaven if he accepts Jesus, but not some atheist who lives a good life helping people. It's not a righteous standard of justice at all.

No they have to repent and be in relationship with God in order to be with him in Heaven... excepting Christ is the first step to going to heaven there's a lot more that needs to be done before judgment day
