My friend likes this girl so much, at the begining she liked him but then she told him lets be friends , but then she got pissed off and stop talking to him when he flirt with other girls, does she like him or not?
 
Yeah she got over him, started to not like him that way, but liked that type of attention from a boy. I know all this is super confusing, and the thing to do is kinda blow off this girl a little bit, but not overtly like you're intentionally trying to be mean. If your friend can pull that off and not seem like a dick, this girl and everyone else will respect him for it. Give it like a couple months, like until fall and I wouldn't be surprised if this girl sweats him again. Sometimes you just gotta leave a girl alone for a while. and seem too busy for her in the nicest way possible.
 
That is very hard to tell. Some girls just like the fact that someone likes them so then when she found out she got really jealous.
