hello all,

when i try to install WinDVD application, i get the message "this is not a qualified hp solution" and cannot install. how to resolve this

Assumably, the WinDVD disc you have came with a HP machine. If you try to install this program on anything other than a HP machine you get this message. The machine you try to install it on isn't, 'qualified', for this, 'HP solution.'

Hewlett-Packard's way of saying, "we're not allowing you to install software, which you've paid for, on other manufacturers machines."
