I am an atheist and have no sympathy for the crimes of religion, which are many.

That being said, Vicky Polin's claims about ritual satanic sacrifice of babies is false. There are no Jewish or other religious groups which conduct satanic sacrifices of babies.

In the past, many main stream religious groups conducted ritualized sacrifices under numerous guises. Think of the inquisition and the new world persecution of witches as two widely recognized examples.

In recent history, there have been individuals and small groups which have conducted ritualized murder and suicides. Think of David Koresh, Charles Manson and Jim Jones. However, the existence of these groups is based on a cult of personality and is by nature, restricted to the life of the leader.

Larger groups with an ongoing history, such as the KKK, engage in ritualized murder in the name of religion, however, the unstated agenda is much more often political and personal gain
 
Its funny really, if you were "preaching" about another religion, lets say, islam, you could be considered a racist, and for that, be treated in the same manner as that of the extremists, some of whom may be investigated for acts of terrorism.
Oh i hope this applies to people who preach extremist claims about other religions.

The Awareness CENTRE was founded by Vicki Polin in 2001 and incorporated in 2003. She was its sole known employee until the organization asserted a change to being purely volunteer-based in 2010.

The Center's mission statement lists goals such as the continued development of its international data base and web page, continued growth of its international speaker's bureau, and the development of its educational certification program for rabbis, cantors and other Jewish community leaders.

In September 2009, the organization announced an extended sabbatical, claiming insufficient funds even to maintain its list of rumored, alleged or confirmed offenders.

The Center claims the support of more than 260 rabbis from around the world.

Rabbi Yosef Blau, a religious adviser at Yeshiva University and an advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and other misconduct by clergy, has said that the Center's website is very valuable. "Since you can't get people arrested and there are no court cases, you have to use a standard that's reasonable and [disclosure] works in that context".

Activities
The organization's brochure claims to provide educational traing programs to community groups, rabbis, teachers, parents, and survivor groups The Center's webpage describes active involvement in a movement to abolish the statute of limitations for filing civil suit against alleged and convicted sex offenders. It includes documents indicating that its executive director has provided testimony on the topic.
Criticism of the Center and its director
The Awareness Center has attracted criticism for publishing and publicizing rumors, accusations and allegations without verification. The Center routinely relies on anonymous blogs and other sources without appreciable credibility, with some people profiled on its website never having even been charged with any criminal or civil offense.
Rabbi Mark Dratch, chair of the Rabbinical Council of America's Task Force on Rabbinic Improprieties and founder of the organization JSafe, which addresses domestic violence and child abuse in the Jewish community, withdrew his support from the Center because its use of dubious sources victimized the falsely accused. He once commended Awareness Center founder and director Vicki Polin for creating her list of offenders, but later resigned from the Center's advisory board, saying "I wasn't satisfied with the threshold of verification. There are people who've been victimized and others who've been subject to false reports also being victimized."

Rabbi Avi Shafran, spokesman for the Orthodox Agudath Israel of America group, has also criticized the center for using material from anonymous blogs. "The blogorai, as I call it, is the new way of making irresponsible accusations," he said. "Using a blog is a very easy and effective way of casting aspersions on people." Even Rabbi Blau agreed, despite his words of general support for TAC, saying "since they are anonymous, they can say almost anything."

Rabbi Tzvi Hersh Weinreb, executive vice president of the Orthodox Union and a trained psychologist, has said that while the Awareness Center and the blogs "have served the purpose of keeping this in the public spotlight and keeping the pressure on established institutions to police their constituencies," nonetheless "I read everything with a grain of salt."

Jeff Bell, writing in the July 2008 issue of Catalyst magazine, went further, accusing Polin of misusing the TAC as a tool for defamation:

She now claims to be a victim’s advocate; but her advocacy seems to have taken all the aspects of vigilante misanthrope, and the power of the blog is her weapon. Polin has a singular focus to not only expose, but to destroy the life and reputation of whatever person that falls into her sights, regardless of facts. Any Google search on her name serves up a fairly even return of Polin's attacks on rabbinical leaders, and pages written by victims of Polin's tactics.

Before founding The Awareness Center, Polin appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, under a pseudonym, claiming that she was a survivor of a secret Jewish Satanic cult, wherein she and her family, along with others, had sacrificed babies to the devil. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and a host of other Jewish organizations sharply criticized Winfrey for publicizing an obviously false blood libel and thereby helping to perpetuate anti-Semitism. Rabbi David Saperstein of the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism described Polin to the New York Times as "clearly mentally ill" and her treatment by Oprah as "insensitive manipulation," and said the result "can only inflame the basest prejudices of ignorant people." Footage of the video has been posted to YouTube and used by anti-Semitic websites to "prove" the existence of Jewish Satanic cults
 
Your question pertains to a long decades back and there is no foolproof evidence to that effect. The time has changed and therefore the human beings. I do not think any answer can be given to your question except what is presented by me as above.
 
No Jew would kill a human. It's against God.
Plus there is some mental people in the world today that would make up huge lies just for sympathy and attention.
There has always been hate against Jewish people for 1000s of years and I don't expect it to stop now.

Yes, boys and girls, in addition to being an admitted Satanist / blood-libel artist, Vicki Polin is also a thief. So, when she asks you for money think twice, and give to your favorite reliable charity. That’s the one without thieves.

When that show was aired, the Anti Defamation League jumped to attack Oprah Winfrey for irresponsibly allowing a woman to broadcast the blood libel on the basis of "recovered memories."
Now, it appears that the woman with the wild claims is none other than Vicki Polin, founder of The Awareness Center, the Jewish Coalition Against Sexual Abuse/Assault. So claim Yori Yanover and Luke Ford. I tried researching the allegations a while back, and was able to determine that Vicki was working in 1989 for the same Chicago organization that the pseudonymous 'Rachel' was working for.

If Vicki is Rachel, here's the key question: Was Vicki Polin raised by a murdering Sabbatian cult? Or is she a victim of false memory syndrome?

If the former, then the highest moral priority would be to prosecute the cult. To start with, shouldn't her parents be investigated? If that level of evil is happening in the Chicago Jewish community, what excuse is there for Vicki and her collaborators to be wasting their time posting every Israeli sex crime on the Awareness Center web site?

And if 'Rachel's story is false -- as I am quite inclined to believe -- what does that say about Vicki and her judgement? What does that say about the presumption that accusers are always telling the truth?

Or in other words: If the allegations are true, and if we are to take the Awareness Center seriously, why focus on the 'survivors' of abuse when there so many innocents who didn't survive?

Why the silence?

Where is the outrage?
 
Sounds like she came from a family of misguided people. This does not represent the majority of Jewish people.
