D. is apathetic
mental illness is a physical illness or that a person: (sorry this is the rest of the ? it got cut off)
 
This may be true in some cases, but certainly does not apply in cases like brain tumors and schizophrenia.
 
Thomas Szasz has never met a truly delusional person then. Is he Scientology or something? What about depression? It happens all the time, and is considered a mental illness. I guess if you want to call it not having coping skills, fine-- but it's still a mental illness. I personally think the guy making this claim is an utter moron.
