I use the internet download manager 5.17 and I am a registered free user. How many Mbs any I allowed to download at a time before exceeding my limit? (more then 900mb is all i know)

If I exeed the download limit right before happy hour starts, will i still be able to use happy hour without internet download manager telling me I have exeeded my download limit?

If my download limit is exceeded by downloading through internet download manager, will i still be able to download regularly? (without a download accelerator?
