Tips on landing a Bartending job?

Im an experience bartender but have been very loyal to only 1 bar. I know how to interview for an office job but am not sure how to approach a bartending job with a new unfamiliar bar. The owner of the bar I am working at now knew me before I started working. There was no guess work. Tips?
 
I use to bar tend. All the jobs I worked at the owner's always liked me for the simple fact that I was a smart ass. Know how to have comebacks to the rude people who come in hating you, but at the end of the night love you cause of your personality. Bar tending interviews are completely different. Know how to handle your own, you know, once you're behind the bar your the boss. You have to prove that.
