What i am currently doing is, keeping a dream journal (deep sleeper so not many remembered) Doing reality checks throughout the day ( pushing hands together, looking at hands, holding breath ect) and before bed reciting " i will have a lucid dream and i will remember it) I have been doing these techniques for about 4 days so if i continue with these will i DEFINITELY achieve lucidity at some point? if so when and how long should it take? Any other tips are graciously welcomed, Thanks
