Tmobile making me sick Pt 2?

Last month, I got a letter from their cash application dept saying they reviewed my account n the missing fund has been applied to my account and they were sorry for any inconvenience. I thot it was over until i started getting calls from them everyday to make another past due amount after paying $70 somethin on jan 14th.

Finally, they suspended my line 2day even after been on phone with them for d past weeks, they suspended my service cos of $46 dollars while they are still holding my hard earned $113.

I called this morning only for d customer care person 2 hung up on me without answerin my questions except asking me 2 go 2 d local store i made d cash payment n get a new receipt if d old one was missin and d bank statement. Another furious issue was that she was tellin me a different story, tellin me they got d bank payment not d cash made in store but d last nos of d account she claims they got d payment from is not mine but she hung up just as 1 of their supervisor did. Help!!
