tmobile problem ringtone?

i just downloaded a ringtone from tmobile but i can tfind it.. i already checked menu.. fun& apps...files....sounds.....and sounds again.. but there is nothing.. what happened.. iaam sure i bought it

Call customer care (611, 18009378997), sometimes the ringtone won't download correctly or it may go to an obscure place in your phone. Customer care can resend it or refund it for you.....

should be in your inbox area, the wap message inbox, its a different inbox.

Next time, you can make free ringtones from

Ventones

and that way you dont pay Tmobile for it.
You do need Tzones though (internet),
