Tmobile wont cancel my lines?

I have tmobile I just got them in July I think I signed the 1 year contract for two phones, I just moved. Where i Live now says on the webiste I should have three bars of service. I don't have ANY. My phone is no use and I can't do anything with the phone unless I am not at home. I work at home and I have a daughter. There would be no communication if something happened. They said they were getting a tower in 120 Days, which is 4 months. I can't pay $120 for the next four months where my phone will not work! They keep telling me if I cancel then I will have to pay for the $200 per line to break the contract. I don't want that to affect my credit. I don't know what to do. Can I get legal with this or what?!
