Religious belief/Faith/N.A:
Yes or no?:
Why?:

Just curious.

If you feel uncomfortable answering this question, then don't answer it. Thanks.
I just want to add something really quick:
Please do not thumbs down someone for expressing their opinion, unless its offensive. Reason why is, is because I want people to feel comfortable expressing how they feel-and I'm also curious how different religious or non religious groups feel.

-Thanks!

I would have to say yes. Somewhere in all that space there must be a planet with similar environmental conditions as Earth. It is there that some form of life is likely to spring up.

I believe in the possibility, the actual evidence is in it's infancy and inconclusive at best/

Life exists in the universe, we are proof of that.
So I assume that life could quite possibly exist elsewhere in the universe too.

It seems likely. After all, life in the universe has a precedent. That I will live to see proof of life outside our planet seems unlikely.

Im one god more atheist than adherents of the God of Abraham.

Catholic
Yes
The universe is too big for just us people. There has to be something else out there. If you look at how imperfect us people are, I'm sure God tried again and again trying to get the perfect specimen, so I'm sure there are other people out there.

Moon walker Ed Mitchel grew up in Roswell New Mexico and has first hand evidence of the UFO crash...

Religion: Catholic

Perhaps, I see no reason why God could not have created other life or that life on this planet has to be unique. Certainly with the vasteness of the Cosmos, it is statistically possible, and we could have placed us so far apart, that we'll never meet before the end of time. (whenever that is, certainly NOT 2012)

I heard a guess speaker put it this way....

The bible starts with "in the beginning" -- Q: Who's beginning? - A: OURS
The bible is about us, it doesn't comment on or rule out "Other" beginnings.. before us or after us.

FYI.... The Vatican maintains a Telescope in So. California to study the cosmos.

Atheist so no religious beliefs.
Sure
Because the Universe is too vast and has been around for too long for some form of life to not exist outside of our planet. Intelligent life is another matter, thats less probable, but life elsewhere in the universe is too probable.
