Yesterday morning I filled up at local Servo in Curra QLD. Displayed price on Bruce Highway entrance for E10 95 octane was 112.9 but bowser reading was 114.9. I was in hurry and didn't have time to query. On return from Brisbane same afternoon, I again filled up at same Servo and confirmed bowser price with entrance display discrepancy. When I questioned cashier he said "girl must have forgotten to change bowser to correct 112.9" (as displayed at Highway entrance). He then said he couldn't correct or refund as I'd already filled up and claimed "you're the first to notice". I have both tax invoices clearly showing times, cost per litre and register receipt numbers.

I would try to Attorney General's office. Also the FTC might be able to point you in the right direction.

Sucks ta say the least
.
Put in at what ya think is the price and turns out ya got riped off
.
Ya could make a better business complaint
.
For what good that would do
.
So the best I got ta tell ya to do is not go there anymore and tell all your friends and any body with in ears hearing what happen
.
Word does get around when it's all about money
