Tobacco/Alcohol advertising assignment please help!! xD?

I need to subvertise an Alcohol or Tobacco ad...
I've been looking for an ad forever and when I find one I can't think of anything to do with it. The exact words:

Step 1: Using the internet, find one piece of tobacco or alcohol advertising.

Step 2: Using image manipulation software change this ad to persuade people to not want to use the product. You could add things to/change the image, change/add text. You should alter the image in at least 3 ways.

So, I'm very uncreative and need a little help. I obviously can't plagiarize so I need ideas asap!

U can superimpose a text of ur own on the image below and on top:
Maybe say that this camel can bring u to the Pyramids instead of to ur death.
 
Make the model old, skinny, wrinkled, haggard and worn out. Make the alcohol look like sewer water. Make the tobacco emit putrid green smoke. Show hospitals in the background with doctors shaking their heads and inhalators everywhere.
