Toddler Bronchitis and bloody nose?

I was told by my 2year old daughters doctor that she has bronchitis I took her in to see the doctor on tuesday. Her cough is still really bad and she is on the nebulizer with albuterol treatments but I found it strange that she had two bloody nose today. Does anyone now if that's normal? She also has asthma.
 
She could also have allergies.My Kids do and they get bloody noses because the air is dry.A Humidifier will help with the bloody noses.You might want to have her tested for allergies.
