friends. HELP? There is a girl that goes to my school, and I believe that i have a crush on her but I don't know loads about her.

We talk on MSN/FaceBook a lot and we can talk for hours, and when I talk to her on the phone I am fine. However, whenever she is near my friends (which is quite a lot) I cannot go over and talk to her.

Can anyone give any advice on how to overcome my fear without rushing straight into it.
 
Ask her on MSN is she wants to grab something to eat sometime, just you and her then ask her when you are both alone if you feel like you can't approach her.
