Hi Everyone.I`m 15 and I may have a sleeping disorder.There is my case-I go to bed and I`m really tired,and usually get to sleep in about 30 min.I sleep and dream every night,and about 3:00-4:00am I wake up and still feel sleepy but cannot get to sleep.
P.S.-I go to bed around 11,but I exercise every day at 5:00-7:00pm,and there are days when I go swimming at 2:00-4:00p.m and when I`m back I workout for 40 min,
I sleep in a good room,with fresh air,fine bed and there couldn`t be anything that bothers me.What`s wrong?Is it about exercising?
