outdoors on a...? ...ranch for ranch hands.
The weather was hot as heck and they were given campfires and cast iron pots to use. The closest city was Las Vegas so not exactly near an ocean. Nearly all of the chefs made fish in one way or another. a couple chefs made raw fish dishes with acid to basically cook the fish. one chef actually used the grill but grilled lettuce and shrimp. Now I ask you don't you think ranch hands would expect a hunk of meat cooked on the BBQ? Why do chefs think the world revolves around fish? I love fish but give me a break. In the middle of nowhere in 100 degree weather on a Ranch?
