okay well i needed ringtones because i cant download them off my phone so i was searching the web and i cam across toplogoringtones.com or whatever, and i typed in my number and they gave me a pin, and i suscribed i guess, but they tricked me! they said their service was free but when i saw it said it was 9.99 a month, it said if you would like to cancel send STOP to their number and i did and it said my thing was cancelled, but my question is do i still have to pay 9.99? and how would i be able to pay if they did charge?
