Mar 14, 2009 #2 B bandit_60 Member Joined Feb 1, 2009 Messages 159 Reaction score 0 Points 16 you don,t need a torque wrench. i have a 88 oldsmobile and when the water pump was put on it, they just used a ratchet and socket. all you do it just go around all the bolts and snug them down evenly. it won,t leak. mine did,nt.
