torrent download through proxy?

my college has a 100Mbps connection , i download the .torrent file from torrent sites and when i open it with utorrent or any other client not even 1 seed or peer is connected even when i try for hours together please help me?

Oops frnd!
I think the server you are trying to download is not available or turned off at the moment. Most of servers are fast and active in night. Mmm solve problem try it from a another download server just search this "Your movie or product ... etc + torrent. and use google engine. hope you can find a another faster server.
