Torrent Sites?

Does any one know of a good torrent site and of a toorent downloader? Also, how the heck do you put downloaded stuuf off torrent and onto iTunes? Most helpful answer gets 10 points.

putting them onto Itunes, mmm, you should just be able to import mp3 files to itunes i would think, don't use it so i cant really say....
