Toy Story, Little HO Peep thoughts?

Okay first off i am in love with all the characters and this movie, but if you've ever noticed don't you guys think little bo (ho) peep is a little sluttish? lol. i mean think about it she is supposively in love with Woody but then she's all mushy and flirty with Buzz. She kisses Buzz in the 2nd Toy Story. lmao!!!! Anyways what are your thoughts on her? Btw i heard she's not going to be in the 3rd Toy Story, thats going to really suck!!!
