My Car has problem with engine overheat. This problem occurs only when I am not moving. I try differnet solutions and I found the problem is with the fans. The fans do not work properly. I mean they are late and when the heat goes up the fans stop working. Now I have to question:
1- How to resolve this issue? How much it costs?
2- Now, I make the fans work directly with the car. Is there any negative side effect?
