Toyota Techs... Question about my Tacoma?

I'm curious to know a few things. I own a 2002 2.7 4wd Extended cab SR5, 6' bed
1- Will the Lightening series sports bar fit my truck? Every site I find it on only has it listed for the 2004 and up. Is there that much of a size difference that it wouldn't fit my '02?
2- With it being a 2.7 4cyl, whats the best option for a Hitch Reciever? My truck never came with a manual. Just wondering if one rated for 3500 is enough or will my motor handle for behind it if need be?
3- Do you think my truck could handle having a plow attached to it? If so, what do you recommend and whats the best price options I can get?
4- Question about the LUND Racerback. Are they worth buying? Or do they hurt gas mileage? I like the idea that it can hold offroad likes but just curious. Just looking for ideas of what to do to my truck this year.

Thanks for the help and as many ideas and answers as possible would be awesome! Thank you everyone in advance...

All answers are yes about towing and the plow. there is a difference in models that would keep it from fitting. The Tacoma 2.7 is 167Hp and 172 lb's of torque and has tons of power. I had 1982 4x4 with 22R engine which was 125 Hp and 129 torque and had 34" tires and it pulled 15 yard dirt trucks from being stuck. torque and Hp have a lot to do with power but engineering has more as a V6 ford ranger or mazda B3000 V6 have a lot less power and quickness.
