im abroad for christmas this year and will be having xmas dinner with a Chinese family. Any ideas of an Irish dessert i could make and bring? Theyd like to try something but im sorely lacking in ideas right now
We like to have porter cake at Christmas, or there's the traditional fruit cake that's been fermenting in the cupboard since August - they can be a bit heavy though
You could always take something lighter & non-traditionally Christmas like an apple tart
