Transfer Game app data on android device?

ok so i got a new phone and i really want to transfer the app data. Both devices are rooted since it was said in many forums this was the only way and using TitaniumBackup, my only reall question is can i do the trnasfer without buying the 6 dollar pro version. The game is Monster Warlord.
