Since some people have seen my HTPC with all my movies conveniently transferred on to my hard drive for quick access. Many people have come to me asking me to do this for them. Its so frequent now, that I would like to start doing this as a side job. If I start officially offering this service to people, what do I need to do to legally protect my self? Should I have them sign a waiver that all movies to be transferred are their OWN PERSONAL DVD's ? Obviously I should consult with a lawyer or somebody so I can do this safely and properly, but just want to know if anyone has some good insight into my query.
