Transferring information from Nokia PC Suite?

I have transferred my contacts from my mobile phone to my PC via a data cable. Can I transfer information back to my mobile phone from PC?
 
Hi Hilary. Yes you can back up your details to your phone from pc. I have a nokia n95 and i use Windows Media Player to copy music, pics etc rather than the nokia pc suite, as its better,

If you would rather do this than pc suite, when you plug in your usb cable, select media player rather than pc suite or mass storage and synchronise with windows media player.
