I'm a Software tester & technical writer , and recently I got an offer for technical writer exclusive of testing in an MNC. I'm confused whether to take up the offer or not. I do not like my job in the current organization. They do not give importance to testing and I do content writing & a little bit SEO more, which I do not enjoy. They haven't even increased my sal.

2. Is it a good career ?
3. Would the transition from Software tester to technical writer a good decision?
4. Hows the pay for technical writing?
5. Is it possible that I can revert back to testing, after a short stint with technical writing.
