Travel from Lijiang to Shangri-la?

Hi, i'd like to have a trip to Kumming, Lijiang and Shangri-la in the mid of December of this year, and I need some advice.

Many people talk about altitude sickness may affect some travellers in Lijiang (2400 meters above sea level) and Shangri-la (3200 meters above sea level).

Will I have altitude sickness if I fly directly from sea level to Lijiang (2400m)?

Also, I'm worrying about the road condition in December. Is the road icy and dangerous between Lijiang and Shangri-la?

You should be fine in Lijiang but at Shangri-la you will notice the effects of altitude. Flying to LIjiang is normally fine, just take it easy and drink lots of water.
The road between Lijiang and Shangri-la is generally OK that time, and if there is snow it is cleared quickly. There are a few sections which are in the shade and icy, but there are barriers to stop vehicles from going over.
