I'm going to a concert at the Boston House of Blues. I live about 1.5 hrs away from Boston. I do have access to the T and the commuter rail, and I also have a car. What's the best way to get there in terms of convenience and time? I know the commuter rail I take leaves for home at 11pm and then 12am, meaning I would probably be on the second one (the concert will end around 11, however--plus I have to travel to South Station, where I'm catching the rail, via the T). It would take me the time to South Station from the HOB, plus 1 hr on the rail, plus 40 mins driving home. I have to go to classes the following morning so I want to get home asap. Would driving then be the better option? How long would it take after the concert/where can I park? Any advice is appreciated.
