I am a U.S. citizen and my fiancé currently lives overseas. I have yet to file the I-129f for the K-1 visa. Could he travel to the U.S. on the visa waiver program, ride out the 90 days and then return to his home country, and during that 90 days I file the I-129f? Would this present any immigration problems during the K-1 process?
