Traveling from Stansted Airport to Walsall?

On Crosscountrytrains.uk i found a cheap train ride but it has a warning saying "Advance Single" Ticket only good for travel on Virgin Trains West Coast services and connections.

So does that mean that I have to pay for whatever other train lines I connect to on that trip?
