I'll be traveling to Egypt in a few weeks, and I'm not quite exactly sure what would be proper to wear over there because of the climate and religious customs, etc.
I'm 15 and I normally just wear skinny jeans and loose t-shirts -- although my mother says that skinny jeans would not be acceptable.
I've also been told that I have to cover myself completely from head to toe -- is this true?
What concerns me most though, me being a girl and everything, is that she insisted I don't wear make-up or straighten my hair, or basically anything "vain" that'll make me look better because vanity is looked down upon?
Basically I just want to know what I should wear and if it would be okay to wear makeup and straighten my hair or not?
