Travelling to America for 2 weeks, which website do I use to apply for my Visa?

I'm going to America in August and need to apply via ESTA for my visa but there are a variety of website address.

Which one is the official one?

The one on the link. They are doing routine maintenance at the moment, so the website isn't working properly. Any site which charges more than $14 is taking more money than necessary off you.
