i am looking for simple and natural at home remedies for coughs for my 2 daughters age 3 and 9. they both have bad coughs

we are doing OTC Triaminic and it helps alittle

Also pls recommend your fav OTC cough meds for kids
i have tried cough drops not doing squat good
 
Children's Tylenol Cold is really good.
As far as natural, I have always heard lemon juice and honey...
