Tried calling verizon wireless number and it says "call cannot be completed as...
...dialed"? And then after that it says "announcement for switch 21-8."
What does this mean? They are in another state right now, is that why it's not working? I did add the 1- before the number and area code.
...Did they not pay their phone bill?
