First, let me start by saying I know what I did what was stupid. Don't worry, I'll never be nice again.
1.I agreed to lease a truck for someone because they had bad credit and could not do it themselves.
2.Our verbal agreement was he would make every effort to get the truck in his name and of course make payments to me for the truck.
3. It has been 11 months and the truck is still not in his name and he has missed a few payment to me.
4.I am ready to take the truck back for my myself and not let him drive it anymore.
5.He is saying he will go to civil court and say I agreed to give him the truck as a gift and am going back on my word.
Question is does he have a legal leg to stand on.
The truck is 100% in my name.
