Trying to decide on the right cruise for myself and fiance...?

We are taking a vacation by ourselves and would like all feedback on a cruise ship geared more towards younger adult couples more so than for families...now I do know there will be kids but we just want something that won't have tons of kids running around like a Disney cruise...thanks for your help!
