Trying to find a CD or DVD that teaches Meditation?

i'm just starting out
what the hell does repenting have to do with MEDITATION to help calm your mind, 2 minutes of prayer doesn't do that
 
HOW ABOUT A BOOK.....THE CASE FOR CHRIST BY LEE STROBEL...consider repenting
