Trying to remember old sci-fi anime... Help?

I can only remember that there was a girl with light blue(by blue I mean BLUE not blonde lol xD) hair, and that the anime was about science fiction... I don't have much memory of it couse I was very young when I watched It... I remember only those things.... Any help will be appreciated! :)
I'm born in 1997 and I watched it when I was 5-7 years old... I said it was an old anime or cartoon :)
I would probably... lol xD But I don't think it's that old... It's probably older but IDK really :D Thnx man... I maybe remember there were starships and that the intro or outro(again forgot) has that light blue haired girl in it... Again i'm saying MAYBE idk really lolz xD
