Trying to tone up/ lose & maintain weight, what should my calorie intake be? 10

POINTS!!? i have been on a crazy crash diet this whole past month and have lost 19.8 pounds.I Realize now, what i was doing was not only unhealthy but not practical or realistic. I've been doing a hundred sit ups, crunches and squats per day and eating about 500 calories. What should i up it to in order to properly tone up & lose weight and once i do reach my goal weight how much should i eat in order to maintain it? I need to lose another 14 pounds
