I can burn CD's fine but when I insert a blank DVD or DVD-RW I'm having problems. The autoplay recognises that a disk has been inserted, but when I mouseover the drive it tells me there is 0kb used and 0kb free. The drive name in my computer also changes from DVD-RAM Drive to CD Drive.
I have uninstalled both primary and secondary IDE from device manager and then restarted, I have also uninstalled the actual drive and restarted, allowing windows to automatically detect them. They were all detected again fine, but it has not solved the problem.
Any help would be appreciated as I need to fix this ASAP. Thank you very much.
