Turn 2.5 SATA into a portable mp3 player?

Is there anything like this? I mean, I know there are media hub things and such that do this, but I'm basically looking for a 2.5" SATA enclosure that has a rechargeable battery and plays music. A small screen would be nice too considering it's a large drive.
