TV DVD combo keeps ejecting the dvd?

I have a 19 inch Emerson tv, about 2 years old and every time i put in a dvd it just ejects it back out with out loading or anything. I've tried multiple dvd's and tried unplugging it for a bit, but i'm guessing it's something inside. if someone could tell me how to tear it apart and fix i'd be greatful! thanks!
 
there`s screws in the back that need to be taken out then theirs wires that you unplug by pulling the back out but not all the way out do it slow you might have to reach up and pull them out. unscrew the cable jack that you hookup the cable to.you can also use a flash light to look in are you can hold the door open to the dvd player and tip it over an shake it a soft to see if anything dropes out.
